John and Brian came to our site to deliver The Speaker Incubator Level 1 course which taught our Supervisor’s to deliver their message in a confident and clear manner. This course has made a huge difference on the way the Supervisors deliver their tool box talk to their team. They now deliver it with more confidence as they have less nerves and can communicate with posture and poise. As a reult each of their team is fully engaged and can remember the important message that is communicated. The next step is to get John and Brian back to do the Level 2 course with the Management team!
